The family suite was spacious and well-equipped, but

the reception staff were quite rude, which cast a shadow on our stay. We loved the basketball court and proximity to local attractions, but the lack of respect from the staff was disappointing.

Breakfast offered a good variety, which was great considering the picky eaters in my group. However, more accessible seating in the lobby would improve the comfort for all guests.
